The Dental Wing of the Pushpagiri Medical College is a well-equipped dental centre offering all modern dental speciality treatment under one roof. We have 6 functional dental chairs with state-of-the-art equipment and machinery,
Our faculty includes Consultants from all specialities of dentistry rendering their services on specified days. We have well-trained nursing assistants who give excellent patient care.
Treatment of medically compromised patients is efficiently carried out in our department after coordinating with respective medical specialities. Patients who are admitted to the wards are given special dental care.
Our maxillofacial surgeons are well-trained in the management of trauma. Minor surgical procedures under local anaesthesia are carried out in our clinic and major surgical procedures are done two days a week in the Medical College Main Theatre. The surgical orthodontic team of our wing effectively manages even complicated malformations of the teeth, face and jaw bones. Orthognathic surgeries and growth modulation treatments are performed here regularly. Our team of Orthodontists provides all modern treatment modalities for the correction of irregularities in dentition and the malformation of the jaw bones.
Gingival and periodontal problems are well taken care of, providing the most modern treatments Root canal treatments, esthetic restorations, bleaching of teeth and all modern restorative dental works are provided by our Endodontists.
Replacement of missing tooth maxillofacial prosthesis is done by our Prosthodontists. Paediatric dental treatment is carried out by our Pedodontist.
