The Department of Neurology has been functioning in this hospital for over 15 years. The services in this department include OP Section which functions on all weekdays except Fridays and caters to approximately 1000 patients per month.
The OP Unit functions from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
All acute neurological emergencies are managed in the ICU setting.
There is a Neurology Ward, with specially trained nurses. The team also comprises physiotherapists, dieticians, developmental therapists, occupational therapists, and clinical psychologists.
