Dr T P Thankappan is the Emeritus Professor of the Dept. of Dermatology, Venereology & Leprosy and is working with Pushpagiri Medical College Hospital since 2005. He was functioning as the Principal of the Pushpagiri Institute of Medical Sciences & Research Centre. Tiruvalla Before joining Pushpagiri, he has vast experience of more than 29 years in various Government Medical Colleges of Kerala. He is a well-renowned Dermatologist in this part of the country. He retired from Government service as a Professor of Dept. of DVL from Government TD Medical College, Alappuzha. His qualification includes MBBS (Government Medical College, Trivandrum 1973), and MD- DVL (Government Medical College, Kottayam 1985). He is trained in Dermato Surgery, Laser Surgery and Cosmetology.
