On a World heart day programme inaugurated by Dr. Sajan Ahmed. Z, MD. DM. DNB -Assistant Professor & Consultant Interventional Cardiologist and lighting the lamp Rev. Dr. Cherian J. Kottayil - Principal cum Director Macfast College.

A class for students and faculty to encouraging everyone to make a promise to look after their hearts. -  promise to do more exercise, to eat healthy and to say no to smoking .
